LEADERSHIP TEAM

Jon Paul Morrow M.Econ., M.PoliSci.

Economist | Political Scientist | Strategic Consultant | Creative Technologist

Jon Morrow is a nationally recognized economist and political scientist whose career defies convention. With deep roots in small-town Ohio and a mind that operates far beyond the beltway, Jon blends classical economic theory with modern political realities to deliver transformative insights on everything from defense logistics to energy infrastructure to grassroots political messaging.

Born and raised in Monroeville, Ohio, Jon learned the meaning of grit and enterprise early on—working the family farm by sunrise and helping in his father’s trucking company by dusk. This dual immersion in agrarian discipline and industrial mechanics shaped Jon's core belief: that American prosperity is built not in boardrooms, but in the barns, workshops, and loading docks of the working class.

A gifted athlete and natural mathematician, Jon was a standout long-distance runner and high school basketball player. His love for numbers and Physics and systems led him to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Firelands College and a second Associate’s in Computer-Aided Design from Terra Technical College, merging financial analysis with technical fluency. Later in life, he earned a Master’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University, further sharpening his analytical and theoretical acumen.

Jon’s career spans decades of work in both the private and public sectors. As a consultant, he has advised several of America’s leading military defense contractors, helping them modernize logistics, navigate procurement policy, and engineer smarter fiscal strategies. In the energy sector, he has counseled utility companies and advanced nuclear developers on policy frameworks, cost structures, and regulatory innovation.

He served the Texas Republican Party in strategic capacities and was privileged to collaborate on policy work with the late Ross Perot, whose maverick style left an indelible mark on Jon’s own approach to political economy. He is widely regarded as an “outside-the-box” thinker, someone who resists the bureaucratic status quo and challenges false dichotomies in governance and economic modeling.

Jon is also a small business evangelist, offering end-to-end consulting for entrepreneurs seeking product placement with national retailers like Walmart, Costco, and Target, as well as Amazon. He is a skilled web developer, having built numerous high-performing websites for political campaigns, businesses, and issue-based advocacy groups.

A self-taught graphic designer and professional videographer, Jon has produced viral video content for public figures and major consumer brands, consistently merging substance with storytelling. His campaigns often fuse economic literacy with creative media, aiming not just to inform but to inspire.

Today, Jon lives with his wife Patty and their two dogs (Bacon and Bits) and works out of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, where he continues to consult, write, build, and coach organizations to think more courageously. In a political world often dominated by slogans and superficiality, Jon Morrow brings depth, direction, and a fierce commitment to liberty, productivity, and innovation. His mission is clear: to rebuild the American economy from the ground up—one idea, one entrepreneur, and one policy reform at a time.
