Patty Gascoyne-Morrow
Faith-Driven Advocate | Conservative Leader | Mother, Patriot, and Voice for the Unborn
Patty Gascoyne-Morrow’s life is a testament to grace forged in fire, conviction formed through challenge, and the unwavering belief that faith, family, and freedom are not just values—they are responsibilities.
Born and raised in Geauga County and later Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Patty grew up with a sharp mind, a rebellious heart, and a deep spiritual hunger. While her early years were marked by a healthy skepticism of institutional schooling and a fondness for rock concerts, the heart of a truth-seeker always burned within. As a young woman, she turned that restless energy toward study and science, graduating from Baldwin Wallace University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, focusing on Neuroscience.
A devout Christian and unapologetic conservative, Patty came of age politically during a time when cultural tides were shifting. But she stood firm, grounded in the Word of God and driven by a calling to restore moral clarity in public life. She became a fierce advocate for pro-life policy and personhood legislation, volunteering with the Christian Coalition and Ohio Christian Alliance, serving as a local organizer, speaker, and prayer warrior for the unborn.
Patty’s political journey deepened as she served for over a decade on the Cuyahoga County Republican Central Committee, helping to rebuild grassroots conservatism in a region too often left behind by party elites. In 2010, she ran for Cuyahoga County Council, and in 2014, she ran for the Ohio House of Representatives in District 15, boldly championing life, religious liberty, and parental rights. Though she didn’t win office, she won the respect of her community, establishing herself as a principled fighter who never backed down from truth.
Patty is married to Jon Paul Morrow, a political policy analyst and conservative strategist, and together they reside in Sheffield Lake, Ohio with their two loyal rescue pitbulls that are entirely too muddy and too spoiled. They are partners in life, in faith, and in the ongoing cultural battle for the soul of Ohio.
A proud matriarch, Patty is the mother of six grown children—four served in the United States Air Force, one in the U.S. Army, and her daughter is a homemaker and home healthcare professional, raising a new generation of warriors for virtue. Patty beams with joy as a grandmother to twelve grandchildren, instilling in them the values of hard work, reverence for life, and service to others.
Her passions extend beyond politics: Patty is deeply concerned about human trafficking, environmental stewardship rooted in Biblical dominion, and restoring American institutions to their moral foundations. She believes that creation is sacred, children are blessings—not burdens—and that every elected official should be a servant, not a ruler.
Patty Gascoyne-Morrow may have once skipped school to see a band under neon lights, but today she stands under the cross and the Constitution, fighting to ensure that Ohio’s future is guided by the eternal truths that never change.
